Cardio Sculpt is our high-intensity, full-body conditioning class designed to elevate your heart rate while sculpting muscle from head to toe.
This class blends strength-focused intervals with dynamic cardio bursts to create the ultimate fat-burning, muscle-defining workout. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight training, we target every major muscle group — legs, glutes, arms, back, shoulders, and core — through strategic, high-rep programming.
Expect powerful circuits that alternate between controlled strength work and athletic cardio pushes. You’ll build muscular endurance, increase stamina, and create lean definition while keeping intensity high from start to finish.
We finish with a focused core burnout to lock in stability and strength.
