Booty Pump HIIT is our high-intensity, lower-body focused cardio class designed to build, lift, and define your glutes while driving your heart rate through the roof.
This is an all lower-body session — no breaks, no shortcuts
Using resistance bands and dumbbells, we target the glutes from every angle with hip thrust variations, squats, lunges, pulses, lateral work, and high-rep burnout sequences. The programming is designed to build muscular endurance, increase power, and create that lifted, sculpted look.
Class flows through dynamic HIIT circuits that alternate between strength-driven intervals and high-energy cardio bursts — keeping intensity high and muscles under constant tension.
