Strength Reformer

60 Minutes | Athletic Full-Body Reformer

Strength Reformer is our high-intensity, athletic-based Reformer class designed to challenge your entire body with power, precision, and control.

This is not traditional Pilates. Our programming is built to feel strong, dynamic, and performance-driven — while maintaining the intentional control and alignment the Reformer is known for.

Class is strategically sectioned for balanced, unilateral strength development:

  • Athletic Warm-Up – Activates the core, glutes, shoulders, and stabilizers to prepare the body for high-level movement.

  • Right Leg Series – Focused unilateral lower-body work to build strength, control, and muscular definition.

  • Upper Body Block – Targeted pushing and pulling sequences to sculpt arms, shoulders, and back while reinforcing core stability.

  • Core Series – Deep, intentional abdominal training that builds true foundational strength and total-body control.

  • Left Leg Series – Balanced lower-body work to ensure symmetry, endurance, and precision.

Expect controlled power, elevated heart rate, and strategic muscle fatigue. This class strengthens the smaller stabilizing muscles often overlooked in traditional lifting — improving performance, posture, and overall body composition.
