Strength is our full-body squat rack class built for progressive overload, muscular development, and serious performance gains.
We begin with two heavy compound lifts, programmed to build foundational strength and power. Expect movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and hip-dominant variations performed with intention, proper form, and progressive loading.
From there, we transition into a focused isolation section designed to target supporting muscle groups, reinforce stability, and correct imbalances — strengthening the details that elevate your major lifts.
The intensity then rises with a high-rep, high-energy conditioning block that challenges muscular endurance while maintaining strength-based movement patterns.
We finish with a heavy core burnout — intentional, loaded abdominal work that builds deep core strength to support bigger lifts, better posture, and overall resilience.
