Liftlates (Signature Full-Body)

60 Minutes | Strength + Reformer

Liftlates is our signature full-body training experience designed to build strength, sculpt muscle, and enhance total-body performance.

Each class begins with 25 minutes at the squat rack, where we focus on two heavy compound lifts. These foundational movements — such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and hip thrusts — are programmed to progressively build strength, power, and muscular development.

We then transition to 35 minutes on the Reformer for targeted accessory and isolation work. This athletic-based Reformer programming strengthens stabilizing muscles, enhances core control, improves mobility, and refines muscle definition — complementing and elevating your heavy lifting.

The result is a methodical, balanced approach to training: build strength under load, then sculpt with precision.
